Justin Blackmon discussed his football career with a cop during his public intoxication arrest over the weekend, as the former Oklahoma State standout informed an officer that he 'went to the league.' Blackmon, now 35, was a two-time All-American while at the school before being drafted No. 5 by the Jacksonville Jaguars. But the former NFL player was in rough condition on Saturday, as he was reportedly found laying on the ground at 1:32am while in wet clothes.
