Oscars 2025 ratings were down amid woke nominees, Demi Moore's shock snub, and even being dubbed the most boring ceremony ever. The 97th Academy Awards drew just 18.07million viewers across both ABC and Hulu on Sunday night according to parent company Disney. The numbers indicate about a 7percent decrease from last year's 19.5million viewers which was a four year high. Before this year there was a steady incline as the 2021 Oscars - which did not have a host - had an audience of 10.
